With over 980 million people spending an average of 21 minutes each day on Facebook there are infinite possibilities to create magic in your life and your business with Facebook.
As someone who is highly intuitive, aware or conscious all those possibilities can be overwhelming but it breaks my heart when I see other healers, coaches and transformational entrepreneurs become paralyzed because of this overwhelm. People NEED you but they can’t work with you if they can’t find you. It’s like hiding your light under a bushel.
In today’s article I want to share with you the simple mindset shift that you can adopt to help you find a way to tap into the powerful energy that is Facebook without feeling overwhelmed by it. How can it get any better than that??
If you’re interested in working smarter and not harder, then this article is for you.
First off let me share the mindsets that I’ve had to shed in order to adopt this new mindset shift.
- My ideal clients aren’t on Facebook
- My ideal clients don’t want to know what I had for breakfast, what I did today or what level of candy crush I passed
- I don’t want to know what my ideal clients had for breakfast, what they did today or what level of candy crush they passed
- Facebook is a waste of time
- You have to advertise (spend $$) to get clients from Facebook
Bottom line, any time I see judgement rearing it’s ugly little head when it comes to Facebook or anywhere where I decided to escape or check out of this reality with Facebook, I ask a simple yet powerful question.
What’s right about this I’m not getting?
What else is possible that I never even imagined.
(These are two questions from a body of work called, Access Consciousness)
From that point I’m able to do what Abraham Hicks calls Pivoting and change from something that feels restrictive to finding a feeling that feels better.
Whether you’re a cat lover or a dog lover, watching furry creatures do silly things always raises my vibration.
And what does finding a better feeling place allow us to do? Follow the flow of that energy and open up to the possibility that these is a way we can have fun and get clients too.
How can it get any better than that? (another Access Consciousness questions)
I challenge you to spend the next 72 hours observing your own judgements about Facebook and the activities that you and others participate in while spending at least 21 minutes of your day.
I’d love to hear how this challenge goes for you so please leave a comment below.
