Mande received her MBA graduating Magna Cum Laude on full scholarship from the University of Texas. She received her BBA in 3 years and her MBA in 1.

Since 2000 she has helped companies like American Airlines, JC Penney and the Susan G. Komen foundation implement strategic plans affecting all layers of their organizations.

In 2005 she has immersed herself in all forms of online marketing (email marketing, lead generation, co-registration, cost-per-view and banner marketing) and helps clients of all sizes generate leads and multiple their income streams.

2008 found her embracing social media marketing as a legitimate component to a healthy online marketing portfolio helping her clients build strong brands and consumer interaction.

From 2006-2009 she served as the President of the American Marketing Association of South Florida and hosted such noted authors as Andy Sernovitz of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association and Peter Shankman of Help-A-Report-Out.com

She is the creator of such marketing training programs as High Altitude Marketing Academy and Client Magnet Blueprint as well as the Founder of FreeSocialMediaHelp.com and SocialMediaCoachingCafe.com

She currently resides in Lighthouse Point, FL with her husband, Nathan and Pomeranian, Penelope.
